Copyright and Takedown Policy

Onlinegameplay respects intellectual-property rights and expects users and content providers to do the same.

Games and related materials displayed on the website may be provided through GamePix, game developers, licensors or other third parties. If you believe content available on Onlinegameplay infringes copyright or another intellectual-property right, send a detailed notice to pujahainme@gmail.com.

Required information

Your notice should include:

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work or protected material;

Review and action

After receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, we may investigate, contact the content or game provider, temporarily restrict access, remove material, or take another appropriate action. We may forward the notice to the relevant provider or user where legally permitted.

Counter-notice

If your content is removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, contact [CONTACT EMAIL] with the affected URL, an explanation, evidence of authorization, your contact information and any statements required under applicable law.

False claims

Do not knowingly submit false, fraudulent or abusive copyright complaints. A person who makes material misrepresentations may face legal consequences.

This policy provides a general reporting procedure and does not represent that Onlinegameplay is legally subject to the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act in every circumstance.
